services provided by Company that begin before 8:00am [PST] will be charged as follows: +$100.00, between 6:30am – 8:00am, +$200.00 between 5:00am – 6:30am, +$300.00 between 4:00am – 5:00am, +500.00 before 4:00am.Travel is $1.00 per mile per stylist round trip calculated from the stylist’s home address.
Travel costs such as ferries, planes, tolls, and parking are charged to the client.
Hotel accommodations are required if the venue/preparation location is more than 2 hours from the stylist’s home address and the cost is charged to the client.
